I am a birth and postpartum doula, committed to providing physical support, practical knowledge and emotional accompaniment, centred around you, the birthing person, your intentions for birth and your unique needs.

For many people navigating pregnancy and birth amidst our current social and cultural norms, the excitement of becoming pregnant can be very quickly clouded with fear and uncertainty. As your doula, I believe that preparing for labour and birth through education, birth mapping, and diving deep into your beliefs around birth and having me as a calm and attuned presence during your labour, birth and postpartum can in some ways offer an antidote to this.

I support birth at home, or in a hospital. While the type of support I provide in each of these settings is quite different, at the core of my offerings is a passion and trust in physiological birth, that you as the birthing person have the right to choose where you birth and to make informed decisions around the care you receive.
