I am a birth and postpartum doula, committed to providing physical and emotional support, centred around each birthing person, their intentions for birth and their unique needs.

For many people, birth in our culture is clouded with fear, uncertainty and quite often medical intervention. I believe that education in preparation for birth, and having an attuned presence during your labour, birth and postpartum can in some ways offer an antidote to this.

I support birth at home, or in a hospital. While the type of support I provide in each of these settings is quite different, at the core of my offerings is a passion and trust in physiological birth, that you as the birthing person have the right to choose where you birth and make informed decisions around the care you receive.
